COVID-19 Policy

 

RMS is taking the spread of Covid-19 extremely seriously and our number one priority remains the ongoing safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

We are keeping ourselves informed on a daily basis of the developing situation and are following the advice and guidelines from the UK Government and the World Health Organisation.

At this moment in time, RMS is working as normal.  To enable us to provide the same level of service, we have taken the following steps to ensure you receive continuous support.

 

Customer Services

Our customer services are working as normal, they can be contacted on the usual number 01795 477280.

 

Deliveries

RMS does not anticipate any product supply problems.  We are currently well stocked and in constant contact with our suppliers to remain informed of any developments. At this time, we do not have any restrictions in our production and shipment of finished goods. Should the situation escalate, we will keep you updated on further developments.

 

Sales Team Support

Our sales team are providing support as usual. We are also advising field representatives to avoid non-essential visits, they have been instructed to make contact in advance of any appointments to ensure you would still like them to attend.
